Operational Planning Training for Anti-Corruption Agency

Operational Planning Training for Anti-Corruption Agency

July 12, 2019

On July 9-10, USAID Government Accountability Initiative organized the first operational planning workshop for the Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA), within the technical assistance in developing its 2019-2020 Operational Plan to implement ACA’s Strategic Plan for the period 2019-2023. The Operational Plan will guide the day to day activities of the ACA to achieve the goals and result areas set in the Strategic Plan.

The workshop was delivered by international expert, Mr Ljubomir Trajkovski and attended by ACA senior officials and the staff who were introduced with operational planning tools and techniques, including a balanced score card, an R.A.S.C.I Matrix, Walt Disney Circle Action Planning Model and a logical framework approach.

At the workshop, the consultant facilitated an exercise to identify activities linked to the Strategic Plan operational goals, define results and discuss potential Key Performance Indicators. This exercise will be replicated by ACA operational plan development teams during the development of the operational plan in the coming period.
