USAID Government Accountability Initiative (GAI) commissioned a comparative legal analysis by Professor Rob McCusker, International Organized Crime Expert, on the use of financial forensics in legal systems comparable to Serbia, in order to increase attention by the courts and prosecutors to the benefits of use of such experts in adversarial proceedings. The analysis examined Serbian legislation and practices related to the position of expert witnesses, professional consultants, and forensic accountants with recommendations for refinement to the Serbian normative framework.

Here you can find a presentation from the training on the use of mobile applications in local governments, which Mr. Raul Lavin gave as part of the training “Experiences and Good Practices in Transparency, Public Engagement, Budgeting and Improvement of Public Services in USA”.
In addition to the presentation, there is a “Management Guide for Development of a Municipal Mobile App”, which contains a sequence of steps and a list of prerequisites that need to be provided in the local government in order to establish and maintain these applications.
